Mr. Vedant Dalmia graduated cum laude from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor and holds a BSE degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Computer Science. He was a part of a startup founding team in Chicago till December 2017. He understands the potential of the financial sector in India and its overall contribution to the global business and how technology will have a huge role to play in this industry hereon.
Mr. Suryakant Dalmia has over 25 years of experience in the Capital Market. He has joined Dalmia Securities Private Limited in October, 1993. In his role as Director, he is a strong believer in fiscal responsibility to investors and has built up his organization with the motto "We care, it's your money". A significant achievement in his finance career comes with his deep involvement in financial planning and management, fund raising, designing and implementing financial control systems and introducing and maintaining an environment of fiscal responsibility. He is a Commerce Graduate from St. Xavier's College, University of Kolkata.
Mr. Siddhant Dalmia graduated from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor and holds a BSE degree in Computer Science. As a young entrepreneur, Mr. Dalmia has scored heights in the food and beverage industry in the past very few years. Mr. Dalmia is experienced in all aspects of business management, operation, finance, and overall development. He is an effective communicator and motivator who identifies and leverages assets in teammates to reach organizational goals. He is also a relentless optimist who believes there is no failure, only feedback.
Mr. Ashish Kumar Poddar has over 20 years of experience in Capital Market. He joined Dalmia Securities Pvt Ltd in 2000. Has experience in dealing with all operations related to all institutions and HNIs. He has covered almost all areas of management operations and keeps a better communication with the team. He is a commerce graduate from University of Calcutta.
Mr. Malay Kampani has rich and varied experience of over three decades in the Institutional Broking Business. A commerce graduate from the University of Calcutta, he has a wide range of expertise in the financial markets. He has been instrumental in building corporate connections over the years for the Company.
Mr. Jeyakumar Swaminathan has over 36 years of executive and leadership experience in Business development in the areas of Banking and Finance industries. Before taking up his assignment at Dalmia Securities Private Limited as Chief Operating Officer in the Merchant Banking division he worked with leading organizations like India Bulls Financial Services Limited, IDBI bank and Bureau of Indian Standards handling Business development from various industries. As a part of his achievement, he was nominated by IDBI Bank to attend the SIBOS 2007, held in Boston and was also invited by the World Bank to attend a Conference in 1996. He has a degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from University of Madras and also a Diploma in Systems Management from Mumbai University. Besides he also has a postgraduate diploma as CAIIB(Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers) from Institute of Banking and Finance (IIBF).
